Shipping to the United States of America
For orders placed prior to the recent changes in foreign policy: You will not face any additional charges on your order.
For new orders: Tariff fees are incorporated in to the shipping fee.
In both cases you may still receive import fees based on your local jurisdictions specific regulations.
How long are your production times?
Normally, new orders take 3-5 weeks, with orders that contain multiple items taking longer to make. Ordering a newly released model may take up to 8 weeks due to high demand.
How long does shipping take?
British Mainland- 2-3 days.
EU and British Territories- 1-3 weeks.
US and Canada- 2-4 weeks.
Rest of World- 2-6 weeks.
What courier do you use?
All packages are sent via Royal Mail, if you’d like us to use another courier, that may incur additional charges.
How often do you your couriers collect from you?
Our courier collects from us on Thursdays, with the cut-off for items to be dispatched being Wednesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday after 08:00 GMT may not be prepared for dispatch.
Help! My package is stuck in the airport/customs/sorting office
Unfortunately, we cannot help speed things up or arrange for an investigation on your behalf in most cases. Please contact your local post office for help with packages that are stuck in the postal system. If a package has been held in the same status for more than 12 weeks, please contact us as we can put in an insurance claim for you.
After this we can either refund or remake the order for you.
What silicone do you use? Is it body safe?
We only use medical grade, platinum cure, two part silicone to make our toys that has been certificated by a third party laboratory for “skin-safe” and/or “food-safe” qualities.

Do you offer custom painting/I have a special request
We can hand paint toys in some circumstances! Use our “contact us” page to see if we can do what you have in mind.
Do you do custom* toy commissions?
If you want a fully custom toy made, we can do that for you! Just contact us and we’ll see if what you want is possible.
*A custom toy is defined as a toy that is designed, sculpted and manufactured to your specifications as opposed to a made to order toy which is a pre-existing design that is already in production (Though a request for an extra small/extra large, ect, would constitute being classified as a custom toy)
